Four Seasons of Fun - Discover a new way to make memories with family and friends
In the spring of 2011, the Hansberger family generously donated Alpine Hills Golf Course to the Rockford Park District Foundation. The 52-acre facility is scheduled to be re-opened in 2013 as a facility offering year-round activities for all ages. The project will include development of the golf course, winter and summer activities, restrooms, and a warming/concession area building. It will also include landscaping of natural plantings, a walking path, and lighting. The estimated total cost of the project is $1.8 million.
