Indoor Swim Lessons Resume in March 2017

Rockford Park District’s Shelbert’s Swim Academy indoor swimming lessons for ages 5-17 will resume March 8 and 9, 2017 at Eisenhower Middle School.

In our swim lesson program, children and youth gain the benefits of exercise while learning a lifelong leisure skill in a positive, fun environment.

Registration by either age or skill level is underway for eight-week evening sessions; lessons meet once a week for 45 minutes; two class times are offered - 5:30-6:15 p.m., and 6:20-7:05 p.m.

The per session fee is $75.00 ($85.00 non-resident), and participants will receive one free 2017 one-day admission to Magic Waters and five free one-use admissions for 2017 public swim sessions at Alpine or Sand Park pools. Fee assistance may be available to eligible residents.

Register at least one week prior to start of session.
