Forest City Queen

Discover the Rock River aboard the Forest City Queen excursion boat. You and your shipmates will embark on a narrated historical tour of the Rock River geared toward school-aged children. Limit 49 passengers for 45-minute ride.

Trolley Car 36

Relive the glory days of trolley travel with a journey back in time on Trolley Car 36! Ride along the riverfront and discover what Rockford was like at the turn of the century. Limit 36 passengers for a 45-minute ride.

  • Additional Chapertones: $4

Spring Ride Schedule

May 2-26, 2017

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays only, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm
  • Minimum of 20 paid guests per tour ($100 fl at fee for less than 20 guests)
  • Make a day of it! Combine your boat and trolley ride with a visit to Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens for a full day of fun! Additional Fee = $4/person

Lunch & Picnics Available

Outdoor picnic space is available in Riverview Park or at the Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens pavillion. Kid-friendly lunches are also available for pre-order from Beef-a-roo ($6/lunch).


Weather/Cancellation Policy

While we would love everyday to be beautiful and sunny, we also know we live in the midwest! That being said, rides may still operate in light rain, however, the captain & motorman will keep a careful eye out for approaching severe weather, as your safety is our priority. If the staff deem the weather to be dangerous rides will be cancelled. Tickets can be rescheduled or refunded, if rides are cancelled.
