2019 Spring/Summer Program Guide Now Available
The Rockford Park District Spring/Summer 2019 Program Guide is available free of charge online, and at Park District facilities and Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, and Carlson Ice Arena and Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park. Registration is now open!
The 64-page Guide contains information on activities and programs for all ages April-September, 2019, and includes summer camps (Park District and affiliated museums), free playground programs, lesson programs for golf, tennis, track and field, horseback riding, ice skating, and hockey, as well as a variety of other outdoor and indoor recreation, sport, and environmental education activities, clinics, camps, and leagues for volleyball, golf, soccer, softball/baseball, NFL Flag Football, NFL Cheer and Dance, and more.
The quick-reference summer camps planning page will help parents and children schedule a fun-filled season to keep active, make new friends, and create lasting memories.
New offerings for this season include a new and enhanced PGA/LPGA Junior Golf Academy series of lessons for ages 3-17 at Elliot or Ingersoll golf courses, and Elite Figure Skating Camp and Figure Skating Fundamentals Camp, both five-day summer programs at Riverview Ice House, for ages 6-16.
