Family Sports Events at Mercyhealth Sportscore One

FAMILY FUN SUMMER WIFFLE BALL LEAGUE

Calling all families - registration is open for Rockford Park District’s summer Family Wiffle Ball League, where-children ages 9-12 and families play on the same team, and adults will play to the children’s skill level. Enjoy family fun together while gaining the benefits of physical activity!

The six-week season runs Tuesdays June 4-July 9, 2019, with games played 5:30-8:30 pm at Mercyhealth Sportscore One in Rockford; the team fee is $80 ($90 non-resident). Each team should have 8-11 players including parents/guardians (can join with another family to make up a team), and games are five innings or 45 minutes, with modified softball rules; one or two games will be played per night. Athletic shoes are required; players may wear gloves if they wish. Equipment is provided.

Registration ends May 20, 2019; register online, or in person at Park District Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, or Carlson Ice Arena or Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park. Registrations are also taken at the Mercyhealth Sportscore One office in Rockford.


PARENTS AND KIDS MINI SOFTBALL TOURNEY

Rockford Park District’s Mercyhealth Sportscore One, 1288 Elmwood Rd., Rockford, invites kids ages 10-14 and parents or guardians to participate in an Incred-I-Ball Slo-pitch Softball Mini Tournament Saturday, June 29, 2019 from 8am until 6pm.

The team fee is $65 ($75 non-resident). Each team should have 8-11 players including parents/guardians (can join with another family to make up a team), and games are five innings or 45 minutes. Easton Incrediball will be provided; athletic shoes are required.

Registration ends June 19, 2019; register online, or in person at Park District Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, or Carlson Ice Arena or Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park. Registrations are also taken at the Mercyhealth Sportscore One office in Rockford.


FAMILY KICKBALL MINI-TOURNAMENTS

Rockford Park District’s Mercyhealth Sportscore One, 1288 Elmwood Rd., Rockford, invites kids ages 7-10 and families and/or groups to enjoy some friendly competition outdoors while gaining the benefits of physical activity for kickball mini-tournaments scheduled for Saturday, July 6, 2019, from 8 am until 6 pm.

The team fee is $45 ($55 non-resident). Each team should have 8-10 players including parents/guardians (can join with another family to make up a team), and games are five innings or 45 minutes. Kickballs will be provided; athletic shoes are required.

Registration ends May 24, 2019; register online, or in person at Park District Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, or Carlson Ice Arena or Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park. Registrations are also taken at the Mercyhealth Sportscore One office in Rockford.
