Summer Indoor Volleyball Programs for Youth

Rockford Park District's UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford offers year-round opportunities for youth to learn and play indoor volleyball in a state-of-the-art facility, gaining skills for a lifetime of recreational enjoyment.

Registration is open for the three camps and four leagues offered in June or July for ages 9-18 of various skill levels.

Register online or at Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, and at Carlson Ice Arena and Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park.

This four-day camp is open to both boys and girls who are looking to learn basic volleyball skills and game play (appropriate for all skill levels.)

For participants entering grades 3 - 8. Rockford University Head Coach Jennifer Saylor, along with her staff and players, have designed a fun and challenging camp that is perfect for young players who are interested in learning and honing their volleyball skills.

There are three co-ed age divisions: 9-10, 11-12, and 13-14.

Individual registration is accepted. You may also sign up with a friend or a group of friends and we will do our best to make sure everyone is on the same team! Teams are maxed out at 8 players per team.

ACES Summer League will include a 1-hour practice followed by 1 volleyball match each week, excluding the first week. Week #1, all players will participate in a 2-hour camp focusing on the basic skills of volleyball.

This program is designed to help players begin to master the entry level to intermediate skills of the sports of volleyball. The focus will be on teamwork, skill development, and most importantly, FUN!

This four-day camp is geared toward the more advanced volleyball player.

The camp is open to both boy and girl athletes. Though participants will work on passing, setting, hitting, and advanced offensive and defensive systems they will need to SELECT an area of focus at time of registration (either D.S./ Libero, Setter, Hitter).

Rockford University Head Coach Jennifer Saylor has put together a camp that is designed to challenge athletes while teaching them the more advanced systems of the sport. This is a great opportunity for local athletes!
