Girls flag football announced as IHSA-sanctioned sport

Members of the Rockford Park District’s Youth Sports team were at Halas Hall in Chicago Wednesday to celebrate the announcement of girls flag football officially becoming an IHSA-sanctioned sport, starting with the 2024-25 season.
