🚧 Alpine Park

Renovations are underway at Rockford Park District’s first inclusive playground originally built in 2003 at Alpine Park.

Additionally, a new dog park is being built at Alpine Park.

🚧 Bloom Park

The Rockford Park District and the Rockford School District are collaborating to update specific recreational resources within Bloom Park.

🚧 Brown Park

Big things are about to happen at Brown Park, and we want your input on renovations!

🚧 Darryl F. Lindberg Park

Construction is officially underway on new inclusive baseball fields for players of all abilities at Darryl F. Lindberg Park in Loves Park.

🚧 Wentland Sports Complex

The renovation at Wentland Sports Complex includes a new playground, splash pad, and picnic area with shade structure. The playground construction has been completed, however, the splash pad construction is ongoing. The Rockford Park District plans to have a grand opening celebration in 2026.
