Making Parks Bright

In order to help make dark winter nights a little brighter, small winter light displays will go on beginning November 24, 2024 at Alpine Park entrance, Brown Park, Fairgrounds Park, Sand Park Pool, Beattie Park Gazebo, Joe Marino Park, and Wantz Memorial Park.

Displays were done internally thanks to Rockford Park District forestry and parks maintenance team members.

Making Parks Bright light displays are on from dusk till dawn beginning tonight through January 5, 2025.
