Minutes away from each other or approximately one mile apart, two beautiful parks exist, Alpine Meadows Park and Mulford Crest Park. Both have a playground that is past its useful lifecycle.  Alpine Meadows Park will need to be removed due to its current condition. An exact removal date has not been established.  Mulford Crest Park playground will remain open for all to enjoy but will be renovated within the next year or two.  Residents in the area will have a chance to pick out playground design concepts and various playground equipment when the time comes. Mulford Crest Park also has a 0.46-mile paved path.
