The 20th Annual Rockford Football Training Camp is designed to improve your child’s foundational football skill level. Campers will take part in offensive, defensive, agility, and coordination drills. All participants will receive a camp shirt, certificate, and a healthy snack. Local high school and college coaches will serve as instructors.

Girls Flag Football Camp

Girls Flag Football is the fastest growing sport nationally at the high school level. Women's Flag Football is currently played collegiately, and will be apart of the 2025 World Games, 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles and a professional sport in the near future. The Girls Flag Football Camp will include dynamic warm-ups, competitive workouts, football skills, and drills.

Special Guest: Roschon Johnson, Chicago Bears Running Back

Instruction will be led by Chicago Bears Outreach Team, high school and college coaches.
