NFL Flag Football

Skill level doesn’t matter when it comes to NFL Flag Football. Players have fun and are physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning football fundamentals and lessons in teamwork.

Seasons are held in the summer and fall at Clarence Hicks Sports Complex.

Since launching NFL Flag Football in 2002, the Rockford Park District has grown its program into one of the longest-standing in the nation. Today, it is recognized as the second-oldest continuously operating NFL Flag league in the United States.
