🏈 NFL Flag Football Leagues

The fall season of the Rockford Park District's NFL Flag Football leagues gets started in September!

This program is for all skill levels. Players have fun and are physically active through non-contact, continuous action while learning football fundamentals and lessons in teamwork.

All participants receive an official NFL Flag Football jersey, a set of flags, award, and NFL certificate.

🏈 Middle School Girls Flag Football League

The Rockford Park District is adding a new middle school girls flag football league this fall!

Girls flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports nationally at the high school level, and is now an IHSA sanctioned sport.

There are currently NAIA, NJCAA colleges, and universities participating and offering scholarships in women’s flag football, including Rockford University.

Program Grades

🏈 Must be a 2024–2025 middle school student; current 6th - 8th grader
